The personnel was welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel had indeed a great location close to shopping Center. It was also close to china town, cup noodle museum and Gundam factory, shopping area with cafes, and those restaurants.

We were delighted by the stunning views of Mount Fuji and Yokohama bay from our room on the 51st floor. The spacious and well-equipped kitchenette made it easy for us to prepare meals, and having a washer/dryer in the room was incredibly convenient. The hotel's location right next to the Bashamichi station made getting around a breeze. The staff at the Front Desk were friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. we had a fantastic stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama and would highly recommend it.

It is a nice hotel. The staff are very amiable and really care about the guests. The rooms are soundproof, with impressive views, and the location is favourable right on top of Bashamichi subway station. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch...

It had central location close to Benten Bridge. In general the staff were exceptional and amicable. The room was particularly good with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a hairdryer, a bidet, and shower caps in the bathroom.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The gym was impressive, and I loved how accommodating the staff was. Moreover, the Nespresso machine in the room and the Lincos grocery store downstairs were both great amenities. The location was perfect as it was situated near public transportation.
